However, this just means you can no longer nominate, feel free to use up your seconds even after the window is closed. I will sort out the films over the weekend and release the final groups and seeding sometime around Sunday/Monday along with a list of films removed and why. I will try to use as objective methods as possible for such vetting.

GM NOTE: With nominations closed there are 143 Nominations, this means there will be 15 movies cut. I will use the following procedure for cutting films and seeding :

1. Taking out critically and audience panned films/troll entries. Films like these with seconds are not immune.
2. Develop an algorithm based upon RT score, RT audience score and Imdb score to rank films with the same number of seconds, with my personal preference factoring in if the difference is not statistically significant.
3. Group together all films with no seconds and use this algorithm to eliminate films until we are at 128.
4. Rearrange groups based upon genre to have 4 groups of 32.
5. Seed groups first by number of seconds and then by the algorithm and my personal preference if it is too close to call.
6. Let's Rock and Roll.

Additionally, everyone has 2 more seconds for a total of 10 to help with seeding.
