Them kangaroos are excellent eating, and way more efficient than cows from a sustainability perspective. :-) The only problem is they're not that easy to farm, given even the smaller ones jump tall fences with not much trouble.

Kangaroo are pretty tasty. Though not as tasty as Ostrich.
