For those who are unfamiliar with how these work, each SoW game has 7 newer or older players who want to improve their game. Each player is given an experienced mentor, someone with a good Ghost rating and Win/Draw percentage who will advise the new player each turn and help them understand strategy. There are also 2 or 3 "professors" who comment once or twice a year in a thread on the forum about the turn and explain whether the moves made were well played, foolish, what they imply, etc.
