In webdiplomacy, everybody starts with 100 , so the conservative argument that returns are based on skill and dedication, rather than starting position, actually has meaning. If we did it the true American conservative way, TC would start every game with a 12 SC Russia and he'd be the only one with which the other 6 could exchange press.

We should tax any points over 500.
If you win a game and you have over 500 we should only award you half a point for every point someone under 500 would get.

No false false false. The world is a zero-sum environment. If someone plays at web diplomacy then board games lose out. If someone plays at vdip then webdip loses out. There is no way that computerized increases in productivity actually grows the diplomacy community.

I think we should appoint a Federal Reserve board that will print points and distribute them evenly to those underrepresented in our points system.
