Regardless of the religious mess revolving around 9/11, regardless of the causation (america's hideous foreign policies) the people who dies in 9/11 were not the people who were responsible for those foreign policies. The people who dies were innnocents.

It has been a 20 year conflict of interests between United States foreign policies and the middle eastern struggle for freedom from their oppressive US-backed governments. The tragedy here is that the people dying - the people in the 4 planes that crashed on 9/11, the people in the towers themselves, the refugees in Palestine driven out by US-backed Israeli aggression - these are the people who suffered as a result, and I feel sad for all of them, for none of them deserved to suffer in the misguided interests of a few.
