Not being fond of hysterical swearing fits, I'll just remind everyone that this year is the 20th anniversary of the Kyoto Protocol on reducing greenhouse emissions. The United States are still the only country in the world that signed the protocol but has never ratified it. Trump is just following in the footsteps of Clinton, Bush and Obama.

Climate change is good for the top 1%. Although it's bad for the planet and lots of people will die (from famine etc) or be dislocated (flooding), the wealthy are busy automating and wouldn't mind getting "rid of" excess labor which only drain their economy.

Climate change has already displaced tens of millions and many areas are snowless. I don't know who you heard that ten year number from but it wasn't a scientist. However the arctic may well be ice free in winter in a somewhat quick time frame. No one has a good sense of what that'll do to the climate. Many places will get more snow because it isn't an even steady process. Keep in mind averages don't tell much you may come across a stopped car by the road that has been decelerating by a half mile an hour for the past two days, but what that misses is that it went from 96 to zero in a half second killing all occupants and then was zero thereafter.
