I think his point isn't that the argument is racist. But, that if you believe society (as it stands) is a racist institution, then you are declaring yourself to be a racist, as a product of society.

Society as a whole is racist because a large enough portion of its individuals are racist to indoctrinate (or at least attempt to indoctrinate) others with their racism and act upon it in the various positions in society they hold. That does not mean that everyone is racist.

So how many racists does it take to male society racist? That is an intellectually lazy bullshit argument. When society has laws in place to stop institutional racism, society ceases to be racist. Any argument to the contrary is complete and utter bullshit.
