Full press queue

I've added a queuing system for full-press bots so that people can get fairer access.
On the new bot game page there's this area at the bottom that lets you see what games are running and some basic stats (the bots are pretty chatty):

Click at the top to join the queue, when the number of bot games drops down below 10 and you're next in the queue you'll get an e-mail:

And then when you go to the page you'll have the option to create a full-press game:

You'll lose your spot to the next person if you don't take it in 24 hours from when you're e-mailed.

May need to tweak it to filter out new accounts etc, but it's better than nothing, we'll see how it goes. Any issues let me know.
