Newbie - Played 1xGvI, looking for Classic within 14 days

Played a GvI with Rainfromabove, was real fun. I have one other FvA, in progress and an open GvI

As per Rainfromabove's suggestion would like to try "joining some real games - it's quite different "

I on leave away from a computer in 14 days time, but would love to be able to play a classic game before then. Any games open to having me learn ?

Well, i would be happy to join a game witb you, but i have to inform you that finishing a classic game in just 14 days is impossible.
But we van always pausr the gamr of course when you are away

I would also be happy to play a 1v1 against you if you want that

A 1v1 would be great, I am learning lots with the 1v1..
* Keep your supply centres!
* Don't keep on a supply centre
* Gibraltar is a long way from the north of Africa.
* Wales is only a nice place in real life.

More 1v1 games would be good.

If you want to play a 7-player game that finishes before two weeks, you can still play a live game. I recommend being online when this game starts: http://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=244410
Probably someone will be kicked out of the game due to missing orders at the very start, in which case you can take over the position.

If you are going away for only a week or so from your computer, you can e-mail the moderators and ask for a pause of the game! Usually they pause the game then until you return
