By the way FWIW, if you guys do want to hammer me, I'd be supportive of a solution whereby if there's a totally unanimous hammer vote, the Day ends after 24 hours. That way the phase time doesn't alter, just everything moves up by 24 hours.

In re Hammer

I am conducting a formal vote on reinstatement of the hammer. Rules:

1. I adamantly refuse to change the rules on players midstream unless there is unanimous consent to the process. Every player must agree to reinstate the hammer. If even one player refuses, then the hammer will remain barred. The reasoning for this is that the signup to which everyone consented said "no hammer." I therefore want an unambiguous showing of consent to add the hammer before I'm willing to change it.

2. The vote will be PRIVATE. I do not want a strictly mechanical vote to be the basis of reading or suspecting players. You will DM me a vote, yes or no. When I receive a yes vote from every living player, I will find that I have unanimous consent to move forward with reinstating the hammer. You may change your vote at any time. While you may express support or opposition to reinstating the hammer in the thread, do not discuss your vote in the thread.

3. I have not figured out the way in which I would reinstate the hammer, were I to do so. Right now, I am thinking that I will add time either to the next phase (so if the hammer is used on Day X, then add time to Night X) or the next day phase (Day X+1). If you have a recommendation (looking at you Hellenic Riot), feel free to include it in a DM.
