After this revelation, I definitely think we need to dump Brainbot. If he really is a Khamaloid, he can't mean well for humans.

Brainbot:

Accessing History file:

Earth year 2079 – The Exodus
“Japan has left Earth”
“The North African league have left Earth”
“The council of Jerusalem have left Earth”
“North Korea has left Earth”
“The Scandinavian League have left Earth”

In 2060, the sea levels rose to unbearable levels. By 2061 low lands in Florida, India, Louisiana, and river deltas across the globe were inundated. Dutch engineers led by a man named Hague, failed to save the city of Miami and a chain of events was set into motion. Nuclear war broke out across the Middle East. Jerusalem destroyed, Tehran destroyed, and Baghdad completely obliterated.
2068 Scientists warn the planet will enter into nuclear winter without radical changes to our way of life.
2073 the cities of Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. are simultaneously attacked by a radical terror group known as playdipia. Using briefcase nukes purchased on the Russian black market.
2074 The rogue agents of Vdiplo are caught trying to infiltrate a Russian science center with plans to build deep space starships. Before the technology is transmitted the transmission is cut off by an unknown source. Only agent brainbomb manages to escape.
2079 – Present
Brainbomb and his team of agents have captured a Space-X starship and have escaped Earth’s atmosphere. The group known as the Webdippers, a skilled team of hackers has replaced the real crew of the vessel bound for deep space and a new life.
Earth is dying.
Moments after takeoff a series of electromagnetic surges overtake the Space X vessel leaving it drifting just out of Earths orbit. Agent brainbomb is electrocuted and dies in the process; part of his consciousness transferred into the computer system.

Also, I was rereading the Sci-Fi Sim 2 thread. They had a good idea to train some of the workers to be able to use the skills of the Councilors. I didn't finish reading the thread so I'm not sure how it worked out. I think leon was in the prior sim, so maybe he could shed some light on if this is a good plan or not. If so, we should definitely train some docs, mechanics and pilots. Maybe some sheep farmers if they can also breed sheep.

**Past the 3 hour mark - no new Proposals**

Here is what we have so far.

Phase 2 Status Report:

Currently accepted "laws"
Article I - If no proposal or multiple contradictory proposals for a crisis solution is/are passed, select the one with the greatest yes:no vote ratio. If two or more such proposals are tied, brainbot will use a random number generator to determine which one is passed. All voting must end exactly 1 hour before phase change to give the President time to veto any proposal if he so chooses. If a crisis solution is vetoed, the proposed solution with the second highest yes:no ratio will be selected. AMENDMENT: Proposals shall not need a minimum number of votes to pass. All proposals must be proposed in their final form at least 3 hourse before phase change to give players sufficient time to vote on them.

Article II - No further restrictions shall be imposed on the presidential veto power.

Article III - All proposals shall require at minimum one Councilor's yes vote aside from the acting president to be ratified into effect.

Current Research Queue:
1. Turbo Lasers Perimeter Defense (completed at end of phase)
2.

Current Building/Worker Queue:
1. Hangar - 60 workers
2. Collect Alien Flower - 30 workers
21 workers remaining

Resource Projection:
Food (per 100 civilians): 11 +1 (Pakhwa) + 2 (Biodome) + 2 (greenhouse) - 1 (Pop) = 15
Steel: 4 - 2 (Hangar) + 3 (Harvesters) +2 (Lazlo) = 7
Credits: 6 + 1 (Pakhwa) -1 (Hangar) = 6
Fuel: 7 +1 (Marsh Turb) = 8
Morale: 2
Population (in hundreds): 1
Luxury: 0 + 1 (Eachen's sheep) = 1
Corruption: 0
Workers: 111
Sheep: 4 - 1 (Eachen) = 3
Wood: 0
Ore: 0
Health: 3

I think I've calculated the resources correctly. I'll verify once the votes are final.

As always, you can follow the (reasonably) up-to-date charter and proposals in the google doc

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

I've given everyone editing permission. Please take care when editing and only do so if you're sure of what you're doing.

I'm not sure if we're able to dictate this since we can't propose anything new - however, we can send just workers on the away team to capture Flicke. That seems like a viable option if we're going to try to get Flicke to overlay Wes/Pulse. I'd prefer Ignus honestly though. He seems much more reasonable and predictable lol.

I'm starting to think we maybe should accept Turkey's offer. We could definitely use more workers. If we reject it though, I definitely think we should build the District next phase (assuming we aren't blown to smithereens).

We should discuss pros/cons of Wes vs Pulse. I definitely think we need to dump Brainbot (and probably seek to destroy him) since he seems to be vindictive and potentially harmful.

Also, we need to vote on the 2.5.5 props. We can't pass all of them lol.

I've been informed that 2.5.2 will fail since we didn't specify who would oversee the project. Definitely think we build the Hangar then. And then the Harvesters or the flowers.
