Alright, here's my case on why you should not lynch me

The current situation is this: 7 town, 1 assassin, 3 reavers and me.
7-1-3-1

D0 You lynch me. For argument's sake, lets say that damo is still town and Bunny is still town and Jamiet is still town.
N0 You lose a guaranteed kill to the assassin
6-1-3-0
D1 Lets say damo hits his scan and you lynch the assassin
N1 And lets say Jamiet is lucky and gets a save here
6-0-3-0
D2 lynch tem
N2 successful NK
5-0-2-0
D3 lynch teacon and he flips reaver
N3 successful NK
4-0-1-0
You have two days of guessing to get the right person. Not bad, in this most ideal scenarios. But let's see what happens if we go a different route.

D0 You lynch Foxcastle. Let's go with some bad luck, so let's assume Foxcastle flips town and Jamiet never saves someone.
N0 You lose one kill to scum.
5-1-3-1
D1 - You lynch assassin, because of process of elimination from today's lynch.
N1 - Successful NK
4-0-3-1
D2 - Lynch tem
N2 - Scum are forced to NK me because I probably have two bounties by this point
4-0-2-0
D3 - lynch teacon and he flips reaver
N3 - Successful NK
3-0-1-0

In this worst of case scenarios - we lynch a town and Jamiet never gets a save - the end game plays out almost exactly the same as your ideal scenario after lynching me. Throw in a Jamiet town save assumption and the results are identical. If Foxcastle is actually the assassin, you win pretty much on the spot today. So why not make that play? You're delaying an assassin lynch by one if not two days - giving scum free kills. Because again, if damo was reavered on N3 and you rely on him for the assassin scan, you pretty much lose on the spot.

So you're between two choices here. One of which is fairly neutral (lynch me) with a chance that you could instantly lose. The other has a risk of being slightly negative (mislynch Fox) but by no means game-ending, with the chance that you'd instantly win.

If I had two bounties collected this would be a different matter, but at the end of the day I don't have two bounties collected. I am not a risk. And if I can guess the scum NKs tonight, I don't think I'll be a risk tomorrow either.

Now, I'll be traveling for most of the day, but remember this.

Scum want to lynch me. It lets the assassin live longer, and 2 NKs per night is the *only* way that either of those teams will win, so they will be working together. That's 4 scum pushing my lynch. Put that against 7 town voices, convince maybe one or two, and all of a sudden it seems like there's a majority against me and everyone else goes along with it.
