Chaqa and ghug posted immediately after the daystart, and given ghug never leaves you can safely assume he was around before the deadline. TFB & Bona turned up within 15 minutes of the phase change too.

So you're once again looking at basically Vecna-Jamie-Maniac, plus damo & goldie, as the people who might not have been able to react even if all the other requirements were met.

Great, and I did say I thought damo was the likely RB'er, so I don't know why you have such a problem with this. Seems overly defensive to me.

Isn't your theory that the scum team is Rivera, Me, and Damo? Because clearly there's enough votes to override the RB *regardless* of who it is doing it in said scenario.

Now if you're leaping to the conclusion that Tom refuses to allow people to redirect other scum members actions, you're also reliant entirely on me being the Godfather for the rest of this to fit together. And that, as the godfather, not only did I jump off of a teammate near the end of a day for reasons that are beyond comprehension, but also that I made an aggressive push against Goldie that was almost certain to end in a Me vs Him and get me as much attention as possible.

You keep making this about you and it's really about Rivera, so I don't see how your other comments defending yourself are very relevant. I think that team made sense in my speculation but obviously I'm not actually convinced that's right.

Yes, if I really had to go out of my way to start casting aspersions on Mafia Motivations, then I'd be more inclined to go with the logic that they don't feel the Godfather is under threat of daykill and that they'd rather avoid giving information out from RB'ing loads of people (because even if one person can be faking an RB, multiple people almost certainly can't - Though I would love to play a game with a scum team that held the RB every night and had a different member fakeclaim it each time).

In a vanilla setup, the cop isn't that big of a deal for as long as the godfather is alive. If it gets a guilty all that happens is the town lose a load of info from automatically killing someone instead of getting them dynamically. It's only if they can suddenly magic 5 clears out of their asshole because the GF is dead that the cop is a problem for scum.

Maybe, but if they really don't think I'm the cop because they'd kill me if they thought that, then why are they wasting the RB on me instead of trying to use it to prevent the real cop from getting a scan off? Surely scans are more important that semi-clears. Plenty of people don't think I'm conf!town and I keep second guessing if you're town.

To develop on this: Even if you don't follow through by the EoD (quite plausible)... You're still almost certain to bring a fair amount of attention onto him with it - Whilst not looking at all like a plausible miskill.

Also: Sidenote. One reason why I don't think Bona & Damo are scum together is because BLamp was making strong unbacked up statements that both of them were obvious town; and given the scum killed BLamp and I risk assuming they suspected he was the cop at the time of their kill votes as a result, they can't both be the godfather. Of course this is quite weak because NK Analysis sucks, but if you're going to insist on bringing that wifom out - This should probably be thrown into the mix.

And if they don’t have any strong suspicion of a cop, why not just hope they got it right and roleblock you again and again?

If rivera isn’t scum, they probably wouldn’t have read into your posts, so they probably didn’t consider it at all in their decision making, so you being roleblocked again kinda proves Rivers’s innocence, no?
