Why would you watch one of your top scum reads?

Because if it's 2 from Bunny Flum ghug there's no NK or a caught scum. And just in case there's only one in there glitter can hopefully track or kill you.

I went with bozo as qb for the D1 vote which was a consensus. But also, I’ve been trying to read people based on who I put where. Contrary to what sweet says, my reads and my rosters have been VERY intentional!!! And another thing on the concept of consensus…. Im so wary of that bc how do I know I’m not just joining in with the mafia? I don’t. So yes, a lot of times I think it’s good to be a bit of an independent thinker and I don’t think that’s bad for town.

He spent the time writing up a huge pile of drivel instead of interacting with us. I hadn't even read the post at this point, but it's really easy for me to imagine a town Kak writing six paragraphs of shitty fanfiction instead of playing the game there and that's where my mind went.

Gotta rethink my life if bunny is telling the truth here. Damos whole game as just confused me and while it could still mean damo and sweet are both scum it feels like sweet was too ready to come out guns blazing on damo and that wouldn’t be the scums Strat. I think bunny needs to go in an RB role until we confirm sweet is scum because we basically lose if for some reason sweet flips town. I honestly have no clue where to go after this but I think damo and bunny both town locks if sweet flips scum…..

Independent thinking is awesome. My issue is that you've been very "set it and leave it". I'm feeling like there's a lot to be gleaned from the debating and consensus building, and if you're not involved in that, you're making it harder for people and you're costing your team a meaningful vote.

Fair. I’ve been trying to engage as much as possible. But also maybe “lurking” a bit as wel because I’m trying to take it all in. I don’t know these players yet. I have nothing to go off of. So I’ve been trying to observe to connect dots.

Like for instance with Kak… I don’t know if his behavior in this game has happened before and it’s an MO for him or if life just truly got in the way. Based on his posts (I know, I take them with a grain of salt) it seemed like Kak was following along this whole time but just contributing a bit and blaming life. I’m trying to take in behaviors and interactions and at least participating when I come up. But also, I have spent a ton of time on some posts and barely get anything from them at all. So idk…

Taking a step out from the game for a second: I would not ever read or assume someone is lying about being busy IRL. It’s kind of an unspoken rule to not do that kinda stuff.

But, as someone who has been scum and busy IRL (see last mainline game, I forget the M number) - it is very easy to contribute and follow the game via scum chat on discord versus follow the game via forum posts.
