Highest likelihood in my eyes of a SvT is Xcution vs SC. I think Xcution is potentially scum as they are coming in hot with direct questioning but the questions are not hard to ask.

I agree that of the three, that is the one most likely to be SvT, but I'm pretty iffy on it.

So, BunnyGo, when are you going to reveal yourself finally?

I don't want to vote Bunnygo anymore because I do think he's pulling a bit and will show up and post.

Of the wagons: I think Sweet is town; I don't want to vote Bozo or Brain or ghug; Eden or Bona could be possibilities, maybe X if I give into a purely reactive read. Of the low(er)-posters: Dousing and Pyxxy are possibilities to pressure vote, but I think Damo is likely town.

this whole situation is good enough for me. if fox isn't mafia then i'll have a rethink, but honestly all that does is put worcej in POE i think. my towncore is basically 100% independent of fox's alignment.

Gut take right now - Kak. I feel he is trying too hard right now to research Fox and trying to force towniness. I could also see him willing to gamble on what PR I am on N1 and green light the scan and day shorten to get the start of D3 happening on a Saturday.

Bunnygo liking posts but not posting is making me irrationally angry.

well, not much more that I found worthy of posting, just that fox began to worry about bunny and was annoyed about his voting but not posting pretty early on.

either that was intentionally so to connect himself to townBunny in case fox flipped or he was really, really annoyed by that, and I kinda tend towards mafia-mafia here.

ah well. I guess I'll let it rest for now and think about that after I've slept. The night is young and weekend is here, soo ...

I have not read the thread since I posted last. After taking a long break from mafia, and then getting run out on D1 last game and now this, I'm having trouble mustering the motivation.

My best guess at scum is:

Worcej
Eden
Bona
Kak

I think that after Worcej got to the scum chat last night, they realized that he wasn't going to be able to maintain the PR facade for very long and decided to go out with a bang and hopefully out a PR on the way. I had initially thought that Worcej had the suicide bomb (what a way to go), but now I see that after I flip town there's going to be a lot of "oh, it must have been the driver! I'm sowwy" So eventually the real Navigator may need to claim.

I suppose there is some chance that it was the driver. If worcej is actually a PR, then my next guesses are ghug, haze, and sweet.

I think D1 was TvT, and I think when that happens, scum tend to distribute themselves rather than clumping on the top wagons. I'm sure other people have their own ideas about how to do VCA/etc, but I'm trying to leave helpful advice.

I also recommend occasionally flipping all your reads: scum are motivated to look as towny as possible, and it's naive to think that some of them haven't fooled you.

I am unlikely to spend my day keeping up with the thread, but if you want to question me, I will try to come back in the afternoon and will search the bot for "Call Foxcastle" if you want to tag questions with that.

marked section 2 - no one experienced is going to suddenly take this to heart, especially because he's about to flip. i therefore believe it (which jibes with my overall sense of the game, setting aside eden). i think the list of 4-6 generally going around is heavily composed of inactive and unlucky townies, and that there are deep scum.

marked section 1 - can't really be interpreted without knowing d1's schema, but he's saying that me/bongo/sweet/Xcut are likely to be 3 or more town. this intuitively seems like bullshit

I already made a case on Xcution during D1, and they haven't posted much since. Consequently, I still strongly scumread them.

Seriously, go check out their threads. They come in asking questions, but they weren't really substantial at all. They seemed to zero in on Jamiet and I, and spent all of their energy on me in the end. They just seemed like Mafia looking to latch onto someone to fight. They are well aware that the intensive argument that we got into tends to be read as T v T. A perfect way to blend in as Mafia.

But other than their argument with me, which seems to have (maybe?) built town cred for both of us, they really haven't done anything impressive. And seriously, check out our "argument" and you'll see they were literally ignoring any responses I gave them, which comes across as them wanting to continue the argument to create more content.

To be fair to them, I will point out two things in their favor:

1. They mentioned not being able to be very active until the weekend. So maybe they will come out and start being productive for town.
2. They did make one post that seemed like actual town solving, at the beginning of N1.

VERDICT: Mafia

well, you are not wrong that I could think of doing that, but I think if I were mafia, I would've prefered to just jail you (since 4 jails and in case you were commuted the jail gets refunded anyway).

hmm, for the feeling you have there, I can just say you are wrong, but gut feeling is gut feeling so fair enough. I mean, you had the gut feeling eden was mafia (like me) and that wasn't correct, as far as we know.

I also think it's probably not bona. I'm still kinda baffled how you (all) could put damo into town so easily. I slowly warming up towards it, but if it was a 50/50 choice gun to my head between bona and damo right now, I'd say bona is town and damo mafia.
