I have reads already? Not that I'm aware of.

I assume ghug's naked vote is some sort of joke, perhaps tradition with Vecna. So I'm unlikely to stick with him unless I end up with a real reason for it.
You better give me your reads right now Sweetie <3
Nothing to report really. Though I think brainbomb is being a bit weird, especially by claiming I have reads.

Anybody wanna talk about mass reveal of items before scum meets to plan?
There are town-only ones so it's not to our benefit to mass-claim.
Very good observation.

@Brain I dont know what s&c, and if that makes me a failure in your eyes, I understand. I do want to give myself a pat on the back for reading your dad energy correctly despite not knowing you were going to be one soon in the slightest, congrats tho!!

@ND Fruit cups are delicious dude

@Bonta I'm a guy who played this game here years ago and have foggy memories of the people here which mostly amount to BB is a bit out there and ND is entertainingly mean. Also ghug is here, as he is and has been before! Besides that I am just some guy, sometimes I play good, most times I fuck something up pretty badly.

@sweet I also kind of want ND to step on me, but maybe things have changed and we have to pay for that kind of thing now. We will see what happens I suppose, but I feel ya

In other news, I had a nap and while quoting on a level that was necessary to respond to you all is currently beyond my power level, I promise to figure it out later on <3
Thanks for your meta read, "I play good, most times I fuck something up pretty badly" on yourself fruity.

my ra told us if we weren't obviously drunk or throwing up he wouldn't enforce anything

little bit nutty tbh
The college I went to had mostly super strict RAs. You couldn't have ladies visit unless you left your door wide open. Surprisingly, this didn't exactly stop the type of behavior they were trying to prevent.
these people don't specially care about nothing

someone took a couch from a common room though and they sent a threatening email that they were gonna go door to door if it wasn't returned though

what a place
Yeah, no one cares here either about your college stories or Sweetie's college stories or anyone else's. It's time to find some naughty toys and punish them.

and yeah mass claim seems bad since a lot of the items protect people and I still imagine most of the kill attempts will come from scum's night kill. Plus revealing even not critical protection items helps scum narrow down where the good ones might be at. So unless there is a good reason, I'm a fan of keeping things close to the vest for town's sake.

Although I admit it would be more entertaining to learn actual things about people's items. Of course, people could lie... we... we could all lie >:D
Agreed

Okay im not people. so this is dumb
maybe so

but every game someone says ghug is town without regard to if he actually is or not
For this whole thing about Ghug between you and Brain. Way too early to tell, but not too early to get a vibe.

To all those that have and have not played: I wish you all the best of luck in this game! May the best team win.
this guy came in with big will energy. and for this to be town I expect this to continue. and we keep this game manageable so this doesnt get lost in the weeds. this kid could be going places under the right conditions. he could be a brankl, or a sarahg or even a sabi. we have to foster the right belief for that to grow.

so hey will

who do you scumread so far?
Sorry for my intense lack of talking. I was gaming with the boys. I scumread the people that haven’t talked. A lack of effort is not helpful tot the town.
he's gaming

I swear you claimed that anyone could ask you questions about player's meta and you'd be reasonably informed.

This was during your big collation project, of all the old Mafia games. You don't remember saying that?
I have said that. Yes. And I stand by it. I just didnt know anyone gave a shit about all that stuff; usually when I do a case from all that people object. in fact - you did- when I caught hamilton lol
I wasn't your main detractor. But I think the point you failed to realize (and sadly still seem to not realize) is that your detractors felt like you were relying on meta almost entirely, which is uncomfortable to most sane players.

Poor Hamilton was caught for making a reads list, when he really should have been caught because of his obviously scummy post trying to make me look bad :P
This is an interesting point so I'll grace you all with a comment. I don't know if it was about this specifically, but I did hear some stuff during my absence through a friend regarding the overuse of meta analysis. Examining someone's play and comparing it to a historical model is useful. No argument, but at a certain point you have to actually play the current game and do something for yourself. You can't just look backwards and if you over depend on it then it actually is a detriment. So, for a meta vibe on someone -sure but not for much else.

Thanks BB

And dang, people have legit mafia resumes now! I would brag about my abilities at playing social deduction games, but webdip and dating apps have both taught me that my charm doesn't always translate to text lol

I think it has a lot to do with that I smell good. And as a man in a physics department, that isn't a trivial thing. I think it would do a lot for my game if you all could just try to imagine a guy who smells good while you read my posts, because I do :)

Not what I said.

So was brain being charitable with his time in addressing each player last night or a deliberate "I have conversation links with each player" campaign to muddy later investigations?
