At the time I misread Jamiet's post (my fault) and assumed the 3 PR claims were from me/Jamiet/Rdr which temporarily made me think this whole game was a troll

The way Kakarroto disappeared I thought there might be a day jailer who had the option to shoot by EOD. Now I am not convinced there are any PRs in this game, the shot could have been from something other than a PR.
