It's not so much about your level of posting, more about the tone. I think you are typically more thought out in your posts, but this game you are being a bit more hurried and getting into the fray with Jamie and ND. Usually this kind of posting would be a town tell, but it's not in your meta so it concerned me.

Mmmm... not sure this is an accurate read of me. Not sure it's intentionally inaccurate either, so I'm not making any conclusions yet.

Its a very accurate read. Your level of honesty and insight is always the determining factor, not the quantity of your posts. Not sure if Squigs even has enough history with you to make that post and be confident about it, but its very accurate in my book.

Too early in the day for me to go that route. Unfortunately he is playing in his typical town form, which also makes me struggle to throw him up.

I have stated this time and time again, I firmly believe that Town is in a better position without Jamiet making it to the end game than we are with him in it. And thus, we lose nothing from lynching him day one. Because he's either gonna lose us the game or eventually be a mislynch anyway.

And now he's going to scream at me for being an evil bitch. Which I guess is true.

Just when I was about to write you up in my list as being disappointing and unconvincing so far, you go and do this thing.....which is probably a townpost. Or maybe not.

Why rile him up even further when he is very obviously town, as is ND. Obviously we'll win this way before endgame because the scum suspects are already so visible.

It is people who lie about GM messages, and who try to second-guess the thinking of the GM, who harm the game. I thought we had a general agreement during sign up that stuff like the "I haven't read my PM" was bad for the game and people would refrain from doing it. Yet already we have Vecna claiming he didn't get a PM, and Worcej claiming the GM lied about the setup. This is not my fault. Worcej and Vecna are doing those things, not me.

Just to be very clear, the GM stated very clearly that the box was distribusted randomly. I trust the GM to adjudicate as they have said they will. Worcej however claims he knows the GM would have ensured the Box began in Town hands. So he's saying he doesn't believe what Foxcastle wrote in the opening rules/setup posts. I think that's very naughty of Worcej and suggests to me that he is up to something, because I believe that Worcej can read and would have read the Box rules before he started commenting about where the Box likely started off.

I do not believe you scum-read me for this. I actually want people to focus on proper scumhunting and not attempting to manipulate GM messages and second-guess the GM's intentions. It's bad for the game and people need to stop it.

I guess you're just dicking around. But I'm not sure what Worcej thinks he's doing. Let's talk about that, Vecna....

So, Worcej decided to present a theory regarding Pandoras Box. His theory was dependent on the assumption that the GM would have ensured the Box was placed with a Roman at the start of the game. This as we can see is at odds with what the GM said about the Box in the setup post.

So either:

1. Worcej didn't read the Pandoras Box rules before deciding to make a post about the distribution of the Box.

Or:

2. Worcej had read the rules but genuinely did not believe what the GM had written.

Or:

3. Worcej had read the rules, but hoped other players had not, so that he could misdirect us.


Which do you think is most likely?

Pandora’s Box is most likely in the hands of a Townie, and it offers that person a power. Let’s keep that info hidden for that reason.

Also, Town has an Observer and Mafia doesn’t. Observer is pretty darn critical, and will help us assess claims about the Box and PR claims later on.

Let’s keep PR and Box information quiet on Day 1. No fake claims. No real claims. Let’s just hunt scum.

Let's make a psychologic read here. Balki tries to convince us mafias aren't OP. I feel like it is scummy - I mean we usually try to convince people we're weak. But underlined words feel genuine. I can't really read him as scum but I have a suspicion now.
