What's the point of quoting this? You think Jamie listed 3 of his teammates in the "leaning town" group? Why?ghug wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 11:16 pmJamiet99uk wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 3:06 pm18.
I'm going to do Ghug's thing where I list my reads from my top townreads, down to nulls and then scumreads, with a line above which I will *not* vote, as things currently stand. This could of course change - someone above the line could scumslip; an investigative could out them, etc.

Keen observers will note that Brainbomb has trended downwards from a townread to a null, while BunnyGo had trended to a townlean from a scumlean. Some people (Hi Balki!) will criticise me for putting three lurkers in my six scumreads, but I refer you to my previous comments on lurking being scum-indicative.
For Durga's benefit I have grouped these in alphabetical order. Each group within the list is not ranked (for example I'm not suggesting Ghug is more null than Worcej.

You really think I got the teacon wagon going and didn't even stay on it long enough to get credit for it? I just wanted my teammate to die but I didn't even try to make myself look good in the process?
I'm townreading aaro because I think he's town. Just because you're hyperfocusing on all these pointless NAI details doesn't mean that other people find those things scummy.
It's ridiculous that you switch from being convinced he's scum to scumreading me for disagreeing with you.

Not that odd when the other two wagons are town, and when I was vocally and obnoxiously discouraging a bozo wagon.

If you are scum, I do not think you wanted teacon to die, I think you saved him in the end. Vecna saying teacon was town and Balki voting for BunnyGo when you floated BunnyGo as a wagon gave you the opportunity to explain your vote moves that resulted in saving teacon.
I was never convinced aarodactyl was scum, although he was my top scum suspect, and I still do not rule him out. However, you (and Fluminator) helped convince me that the things I suspected him for most could just be a result of him not wanting to get mis-killed as town.

I never said aaro didn't want to get miskilled as town... I think indecision and uncertainty are towny (especially for a new player) and don't have anything to do with avoiding a DK.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 7:17 amYes, I am serious.kgray wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 6:25 amAre you serious.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 1:24 amI get the feeling kgray has been pocketing aarodactyl with her strong town read of him in preparation for D10. I think ghug is saying teacon would not forget to rank one of his teammates as a result of an editing error, especially since he was obviously being careful to spread out his teammates. I would expect you to understand ghug's point, even if you do not agree with it.kgray wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 6:27 amI mean it's clearly a result of him running out of time to post before the deadline. Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
I know you never said that, but that was my conclusion as to why he might be so careful about his votes. I do not think aarodactyl has looked that indecisive, but he has been careful to explain and defend his votes. What concerned me most was that he has almost always waited and voted for one of the top wagons instead of trying to push any of his own scum reads, but maybe that is because he did not have any scum reads strong enough to push.kgray wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 7:21 amI never said aaro didn't want to get miskilled as town... I looked at damo's D2 voting also, and he voted for you for most of the day, but he changed his vote to me when you reached 5 votes, your highest vote count for the day, and did not move it back to you until you were down to 3 votes. This makes me think it was possibly a bus, but that damo acted to slow down the momentum on your wagon.
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!

I think forgetting someone when you're scum suggests that that person is a townie. I quoted it for reference. I find it interesting that he only nulled town, and that he slight townread a bunch of teammates.
Re: M62: PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF REVOLUTIONARY MAFIA GAME THREAD!
Yeah I see your point. Maybe. Or maybe he was putting thought into where he put his teammates but he still ran out of time to sort bozo. Last game when I did EON reads I usually placed damo and Bunny last so I could see where it made sense to but them, so I'm not convinced it makes bozo town.ghug wrote: ↑Sun Dec 20, 2020 7:43 amI think forgetting someone when you're scum suggests that that person is a townie.
