Agreed that the jailor was def not online, but that's only the case if Chaqa is town. Maybe the emperor thinks it's useless to save Hosuke?

Temasek is clearly scum.

After bussing Hosuke all of D1 and voting for him for a long time, he jumps ship to the Prado wagon without any real reason. On D2 he maintains his scumread on Hosuke yet does not vote for him and gives a sheepish excuse for missing EoD.

Then he tries to lessen the importance of EoD1 because he knows how scummy he looks.
