The third part seems to imply that xorxes isn't survivor, but then again it feels like he is reaction testing

There are different explanations for why that may be the case, and as you say, it will get resolved.yuuki wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 10:09 am
It's D2. If there is a 1% chance of Vapor being scum, that means there is a 99% chance of him being town. That is as sure as you can get of anything on D2. He is as good as cleared town for now. If he survives a few more nights that may change as there is no legit reason why scum would leave a cleared townie alive for long (other than his reads being absolute crap).
Are you baiting or something lol (since this seems like a completely useless detail to focus/comment on. As in, I agree with the sentiment behind it, but all the posting means is that the GM did or didn't send a death notice? not quite sure about the weird part
Re: MAFIA 48 -The Gladiator- GAME THREAD [HIDDEN]
I am not speculating, I'm saying it doesn't matter because it will sort itself out.

Yeah, when you say you have more confidence in the rest of us than yourself, You summarized it well. It's like you know you're going to win, but acknowledge it won't be from your actions. Not necessarily bad, but it by no means puts you in a solid Town slot by itself.Temasek22 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 1:42 pmDo I give out that vibe? Temask has this vibe of just coasting, without feeling the need to try. I'm not sure if he has confidence in Town, is comfortable with scum team guidance or just always has that vibe.
@Itshosuke: Does Temask always have that vibe?

I see what you're getting at, but it would be pretty weird to jail someone and then kill them. Unless jailing blocked a skill that prevents death.xorxes wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 1:47 pmIf he was jailed, he was not allowed to post at night. I will take that as a townslip for now. Read the Jailer role.Percy Williams wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:11 pmI see what you're getting at, but it would be pretty weird to jail someone and then kill them. Unless jailing blocked a skill that prevents death.xorxes wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 1:47 pm

Re: MAFIA 48 -The Gladiator- GAME THREAD [HIDDEN]
Would scum xorx really be this fucking dumb regarding the setup or could it be an attempt at a fake townslip?
Anyway, Vapor still hasn't given us a straight answer. Which is scummy. But, if he's not scum and they went ham on him we'll know in about 30 hours.

@Jamie: You were all in on the xorx wagon for a good chunk of day 1. What are your thoughts on it now?
Re: MAFIA 48 -The Gladiator- GAME THREAD [HIDDEN]
Actually, I should take my own advice and reread it. If the prisoner is stabbed they don't die immediately as I thought, so even if he was stabbed he would be able to post. So part of what I said was wrong.xorxes wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:18 pmI will take that as a townslip for now. Oh, the stab is delayed? Hmmm.
Vapor, do you know if you were stabbed or not?

Actually, saying he has more confidence in others than in himself makes him very scummy.Percy Williams wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:10 pmYeah, when you say you have more confidence in the rest of us than yourself, You summarized it well. If you are town the only one you know is not biased by mafia opionions is your own opinion. 'Trusting' others blindly is the opposite of what a townie should be doing. Sheeping votes is scummy. His excuse for doing so is even scummier as knowing the meta or not is nothing more than WIFOM.

You are right. I had to go reread it too. Hadn't noticed it.xorxes wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:24 pmActually, I should take my own advice and reread it. @Vapor: if you were stabbed can you share that with us? This is pretty relevant information at this point.

Re: MAFIA 48 -The Gladiator- GAME THREAD [HIDDEN]
I still think this one could go either way, but only because he's new to Webdip Mafia. I think it depends a lot on his personality, thus my question to Itshosuke. I know I was completely useless in my first games, and are only marginally better now, so any win would not be because of me. I think this is NAI at best, scummy behavior at worst. The main reason I phrased my reply the way I did is because I don't currently Scum read him, and didn't want to give the impression I was contradicting myself by not voting for him.yuuki wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:34 pmActually, saying he has more confidence in others than in himself makes him very scummy.Percy Williams wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:10 pmYeah, when you say you have more confidence in the rest of us than yourself, You summarized it well.
