What do you all think is happening that makes town lose? I'm genuinely curious since it is more likely one is town in any given game and I'd like to win as town.

Actually the trend of Mafia wins is very recent, so I don't think it's all that much to worry about.

Here are the results of all the main Mafia games completed this calendar year so far:

Mafia 47: Mafia win
Mafia 46: Mafia win
Mafia 45: Mafia win
Mafia 44: Town win
Mafia 43: Town win
Mafia 42: Town win
Mafia 41: Town win

So you can see until quite recently Town was on a run of wins too.

(By "main games" I exclude Mini-Mafia because with so few players it's very swingy, and I also exclude anything on Discord or whatever the fuck).

I got so close... ND also made it pretty far in our game too. The other 3rd party was the game that was abandoned.
