I'm scumreading Jamiet, I wouldn't want to shut down a good theory against him. I don't think scum would try to steal my power. That doesn't mean Jamiet could not be the Powerstealer, but his vote for me was not because he wanted to steal my power.

Powers that scum may want to steal are Cop, Tracker and Absorber. I don't think anything else is any use to scum. And even Absorber would probably be useless.

How is Chaqa so much townier in your POE than Percy? Their claims are equivalent, Percy arguably has more "scum agenda" but Chaqa has played too many excuses for their lurking in my opinion. Would you lynch Percy over lynching Chaqa if you had to choose?

Hosuke claimed mason in the middle of D1. Why wait until D2 to give those cryptic numbers that presumably can be used to ascertain who the other mason is? Why not do it D1? What if he had been killed and janitored on N1, how would the other mason prove themselves? Were they not the least bit concerned that one of them could be killed?

This is a flawed argument. If Hosuke had been killed N1, why would it matter if he was janitored? If he was confirmed as town, he would be confirmed as mason. Also, with a confirmation that the mason are town, the other mason would not have to prove themselves unless a scum counter claimed them, which would be unlikely.

I suppose if they have the Lover as a fakeclaim they might as well burn it on someone that will be lynched anyway, so I suppose I can see a case for that. I still believe Chaqa though. Claim and the way he played it seems genuine.

Taking powers away from town is useful to scum whether the power is useful to scum or not. What use does the scum have for cop or tracker at this point? It is possible damo was trying to take the mason power from Hosuke to frame him.
