The invite range is now July GR Gunboat Rank 170-275 with 94%+ RR and at least 15 gunboat games completed.

If you've gotten an invite and not responded, please reconsider. Its quite interesting playing with your (GhostRated) Gunboat peer-group. You are playing with other competent players who (like you) very rarely NMR.
