Hating summer
Can't deal with this weather. The heat is everywhere, no wind, no breeze, no air
I can't take it anymore. Someone come and save me. I can't walk outside and can't stay inside. You say 'put the AC on' I say I can't afford those pricey bills
There's nothing to love about summer, I hate to sweat, I have to wash myself 2/3 times a day, my hair gets soggy
RAIN COME BACK, COLDNESS I MISS YOU and fan, you've become my only true lover
How do guys deal with these unbearable sunny days? Any tips to survive?

If you eat little, you sweat little. I like summer but what I expect from it is dry - not rain for days like it's currently is!!

I too am a rainy times man. I recommend switching from a diurnal to nocturnal sleep cycle. So much cooler.

Since you say now is summer, that certainly reduces the number of countries you could be living in. Let me guess - Honduras?Vaporwave wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 12:11 pmCan't deal with this weather. The heat is everywhere, no wind, no breeze, no air

Re: Hating summer
Greetings from the furnace that Athens is these days although we have somewhat violent storms too.
I too love winter. Better the cold than the heat.

Re: Hating summer
Meditate and accept the heat - remove your feelings of dislike, accept the discomfort, then develop a kink for that particular discomfort ;p
the only downside is that you'll be somewhat turned on all the time, but imo it's an acceptable side effect.

Re: Hating summer
Once again, e.m.c, you've managed to surprise me and read my mind. I was actually thinking of a solution today, basically learning to 'make love to the sun', to embrace it, to accept it and let myself be taken over by its rays
Thank you guys for the tips, esp that part with eating, I wasn't aware of that. I guess more fruit is required.
Also Foxy, most places don't have AC. Not even McDonalds

Re: Hating summer
Come to Florida, we have plenty of rain! Of course it’s like 100% humidity and there’s clouds of gnats that will melt the paint off your car, but there’s rain!
The winters are really nice though.

Percy, I know you live in Australia, but I hope you aren't actually ignorant enough to believe Alaska is its own country.Percy Williams wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 6:19 pmI guess... Alaska! I like summer, it's a wonderful time, lots of Cricket and plenty of time to reminisce...young ladies in bikinis reminding me of those glorious halcyon days.and recalling the image of my Lovely Fire Breathing MemSahib Her Serene Imperiousness Indoors lying on a sofa eating cakes emerging from the Sea in translucent swimwear.
