Look, the crumbs don't really matter at this point. Either Neph is able to prove himself to be the Judge, or he isn't. If it's the latter, than he's almost certainly scum.

It's not about the crumbs. It's about listening to the other people in the game and trying to understand them. The best way to solve this game is to understand every other player, why they are posting the way they are posting, why they are pushing the player they are pushing, even down to the reason they used the word bad instead of scummy.
If you can determine their true motives in the game, you have solved the game.

Even solving the game isn't winning either. It's about convincing people to follow you as well. If you don't try to understand them, why should they try to understand you and what you have solved?

Part 1: Day 1 - The Flav/Teacon show

Balki out of the gate pushes Flav, but just as things are starting to get out of control, he pulls in the reins. A bit later, after things have cooled down, he pushes back into Flav.
His first psuedo-reads lists has Flav, teacon and I as scum.
Pushes a bit more on Flav, but puts in a counterpoint to his own push.
Teacon is smarmy happened.
Offhand comment about Xorxes and teacon being scum together.
Says he is moving away from teacon and towards Flav.
Possible defense of Moscow?
Somewhat near EoD, feels out how people are going to vote for Flav.
Lynchpool of Flav, TrPrado, and Fox, and feels better about teacon.
When he makes his last post on day 1, Flav is in the lead 5-3

Day 1 conclusion: Flav likely isn't mafia. Teacon is a plausible mafia partner for Balki.

I don't know guys, but there is some serious tinfoil stock here that Balki was telling the truth. The fact that Chippe responded to a question posed to Balki (when he doesn't even respond to half the questions asked of him) at the same moment Balki makes that post... it just gives me chills. Like, how would Chippe know that he copy and pasted them from "somewhere"? And Chippe hadn't posted any posts in the thread with those bullet points, so how did he know that he could copy and paste them?
