You're an idiot. The Judge has to prove to us that he either is Neph, or he isn't Neph by naming Neph as one of the 2 lynch candidates.

If Neph is names as one of the 2 lynch candidates, that means he's not real Judge, and he must be lynched as scum.

There is no information at all to disprove that Neph lied about being Judge, and until the Judge reveals himself, we must lynch Neph because he's most likely scum. Neph has to prove that he's IC or Judge. BTW Durga, after Judge & IC use their powers, they're just glorified VTs, so it's not going to make them bigger targets.

That's stupid. Balki, who as Janitor has no powers to be able to identify people's roles, names Neph as the Judge - and Neph confirms himself as the Judge. Therefore, the odds are pretty high that Neph is not the Judge - because randomly, it's highly unlikely Balki chose the right Judge - and if the real Judge was in fact Janitored by Balki - than Neph must also be scum.

If the Judge doesn't show up, we can assume the latter has happened and the real Judge has been Janitored, and therefore, Neph must be scum.

What you're saying we must assume happened has a very low probability of happening, what I'm saying we must assume has a high probability of happening. If Neph is the real Judge, than our votes on him will pressure him into proving it. Otherwise, Judge was probably Janitored or doesn't want to use his powers and is perfectly fine with lynching Neph.

I'm not assuming a super low probability scenario where Balki correctly guessed Neph was the Judge. You assuming such a ridiculous scenario without questioning it either makes you an idiot town or scum.

It wasn't random. It was a well educated guess based on the lynch choices, and darg's crumbing. And if it wasn't, the real judge is an idiot for not claiming and should immediately claim. If you are not Neph, and Neph hasn't revealed himself as IC, than he needs to be one of the 2 candidates (I honestly think you should also reveal before the GM posts the 2 candidates who the 2 candidates are to prove yourself as Judge - because after that, you're just a glorified VT). If you are Neph, you need to prove that you are the Judge using the method in the previous parentheses.

You need to reveal yourself! That way the Judge does NOT pick you as one of the 2 lynch candidates and can instead pick 2 candidates who are more likely to be scum. You're just a glorified VT after that, so there's no harm in doing so since you'll get NKed eventually anyways (being a glorified VT doesn't make you a target).

I disagree with IC outting themself so soon. If it looks like they could be a judge choice then claim, but like for example if it was Durga or I then we would just chill. But I think Durga and I are smart enough to play IC correctly so writing this response is useless I just realized

You're an idiot. The fucking point of this point is to force the real Judge to either CC or to prove that Neph is in fact the Judge. If neither of those occur, than Neph is scum and needs to be lynched.

There is only information currently that disprove that Neph is conclusively the Judge, and since he claimed, we need to force him to prove that he is in fact Judge by making him the lead wagon. If he fails to do that, than he'll get lynched as the scum he really is.
