I didn't lie about Durga. You're taking issue with my calling out a defensive post, which was long, rambling, and barely had a point. I never said she isn't defensive normally, just that that isn't how I'd expect her to defend herself.

Brain started talking about PRs last night and I revealed knowledge of the setup. He calls me out as scum whenever I've read the setup because I'm notorious for avoiding such meaningless distractions. Instead he started commenting about how he thought he knew who the cop was, and how smart that person is. He's fond of stroking my ego when he wants something from me. This all leads me to believe that I'm his cop read.

As for why he'd roleblock me and not kill me, idk. Maybe they just wanted to get someone widely townread and thought I'd be a save target? Maybe they're fucking with us? Maybe they weren't confident?

I also find it hard to believe the mafia would RB ghug and not NK him. Everything is pointing to brainbomb and ghug.

This roleblock thing is pure WIFOM. Would scum RB Ghug to try to frame him? Would scum Ghug claim RB to try to get town credit? I can't say which option is more likely.
I think Ghug and Bozo are the best lynch options and I still don't get why you are voting Brain.

Ezio, I don't assume Pounce tried to save himself as it's her first game and she could have chosen to save another person. Also, how you can be sure scum know she was doc? And in this case why Ghug would claim the RB risking to get pressured for this? I am not saying it couldn't have happened this way, but that we can't be so sure.

I don't know if scum knew she was doc. I doubt it. Either way, scum usually roleblock the person they nightkill (when no prs have been outed). Doctors also usually self save n1.
If both of these events happen 60% of the time (I think they happen more, but let's be conservative), the odds that neither of them happened (which is what would be required for Ghug to have been rb'd) is a whopping 16%.
On the doctor not self-saving because she was new, she said she's played in person many times before.
Why did Ghug claim rb? Idk. I think he just made a mistake. This happens sometimes. I perhaps they discussed claiming rb at EoN and didn't reevaluate when doctor flips.

@rdrivera - if you assume ghug is scum and he's fake-claiming RB, he would know who was the RB & NK target. Either (1) they RB'd Pouncy and NK'd her and ghug would know that she couldn't counter-claim because he saw she died or (2) they holstered RB and got lucky that Pouncy didn't save herself, but still no risk in fake-claiming RB because they holstered.

I don't think scum could have been sure she was doc. I read and reread all her press. I don't see anything that even hints at a doc slip.

I agree with you on your analysis, but my point was other. Why would Ghug fake claim rb knowing Pounce flipped Doc? Ezio think it's a mistake, I just think it's WIFOM to assume this.

I'm not sure. I'm not saying I believe ghug's claim or not.

-It's possible that scum holstered RB and ghug claimed it without thinking it through
-It's possible that scum RB'd and NK'd Pouncy and ghug fake-claimed. In this case ghug either didn't process that Pouncy was doc, or didn't think it through.
-It's possible ghug actually was RB'd

Well, people didn't post eon reads but from what I remember without re-reading she was townread by most people. I said if it's not Ghug and Bozo she deserves a second look and on my case the fact she pushed my lynch all D1 have some influence.
