Im still going to reread TrPrado, Im still going to do the iso tonight, as well as finish Chippie's. But Im doing the same thing I did with teacon last game. I ignored all the hard work TrPrado is putting into this game. I don't know if I'll ever take him off my scumlist, but he definitely will no longer be my top lynch candidate...Nephthys wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 7:00 amYou put in more effort than most others. Scum that put in effort have more to read into when they do flip therefore leaving you alive would give me more info that leaving bozo alive. I respected the effort you put in and so on the odds that you're town you could be more usefulTrPrado wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 6:58 amI think I'm caught up
Tom: I felt it was a bit odd but not too much at first, what's the difference between voting me now and voting me at EOD?
Chippe: What about the Cruaader reveal makes ND look bad to you, exactly? Your interactions with him last night made my eyes bleed so if you could be concise it would be helpful. Also, less essential, why do you always assume the worst in everyone's intentions?
Fox: Why didn't you provide reasons for your scumreads when I asked you? Durga didn't ask why and you gave her reasons![]()
Also, Carl wasn't the reason I voted for you. I voted for you because I think you're scum. I brought up suggesting lynching you during the night.
Flavius: Mostly a reminder that you have very important questions floating since about midway through D1 around that you need to answer. But also, what about Chippe's behavior do you think is helpful? Please be sure to answer this one because I have a followup. Also, why do you presume an entire wagon that was entirely willing to dissipate is full of faithful actors?
ND: Can you write NOT at length about where Chippe lied? Also, again, do you expect to learn anything new from bozo's last words other than trying to confirm your own long standing read?
Nephthys: The question was more why did you WANT to save me? You pinned me as scum after reading the first 20 pages then pondered which wagon you wanted to join. At EOD you voted for Durga, said "Actually no, Prado lives today. I must support the walls" then afterwards it was getting close to tie and you switched to bozo. You were there for the full last 10-20 minutes, so you had time to consider and it just felt kinda odd in retrospect.

Guys- let’s stop narrowing down the judge pool since they get they ability twice per game and it would be really useful to have again.

Would it though? This has pretty much killed the game for today. Most of us don't have strong opinions, or any opinions, or are town reading both players.Tom Bombadil wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:36 pmGuys- let’s stop narrowing down the judge pool since they get they ability twice per game and it would be really useful to have again.

I actually agree with you more, everyone now has to reread Espresso and et, for literally no reason, yea we all know a few scum are lurking, is this really even the time to focus on that?Durga wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:43 pmWould it though? Re: Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD
Ah the irony of saying you have no idea who scum is, and then seconds later saying you have been forced to re-read two players for “no reason.” Is having no scumreads not reason enough to reread people?

The judge is clearly thinking farther ahead than most everyone else
Re: Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD
This is so scummy. How would you even know this? Why are you pandering to an unknown judge. I didn't know you even had thoughts on these two players
Re: Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD
What kind of town, with very limited knowledge, makes that kind of statement?
Re: Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD
Anyway, we have to use well this situation.
And I think we'd better not speak about Judge.
That may tell scum who is Judge.

I’m like the only person who’s posted thoughts on both of them, and I already said I also liked this move. Everyone is lashing out against it, but it feels so nearsighted on the part of the unenthused.

Facts, I 100% agree with et on not claiming PR, like you should only do that if you are 100% sure you are being lynched at EoD(2-1 hour before EoD so we can vet if you are lying or not btw)
But claiming PR makes no sense so early, @espresso not looking good

Re: Mafia 46 - Ace Attorney - GAME THREAD
Ok, but you seem pretty scummy in a lot of people's eyes including mine.Foxcastle wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 5:18 pmMy case on TrPrado is limited, but I'd still like to see him as a lynch candidate after today.
First, while it's not AI, I dislike vote hopping all over Day 1. (As a counter-example, ND did this as town in the last game.) But this is kinda what put me off about him in the first place.
Second, the walls of text. Easy way to look busy without actually contributing anything. Others have pointed out some of the problems with this. They're easy to skim past. They're descriptive but not necessarily analytical. They're a lot of effort on Day 1 when there's unlikely to be much return on the work or ability for others to come back later and pick apart, because they're based on all the early interactions. But hey, he looked busy.
Lastly, it's the opportunistic votes. The vote on cruaader, that Chippe's been on about. The vote on me. (I know, OMGUS!) The thing with the vote on me is that TrPrado really seems to be trying to leverage Carl's reads to make it happen. He points out that "Carl wasn't the reason I voted for you," but it's the sole basis for his push, since he hasn't given any other actual analysis of my play that points to scum.
And the cherry on top is that after invoking Carl in trying to start a wagon on me, he turns around and shades ND for doing similar with Bozo's reads. So I see a contradiction there, but can resolve it if he's scum: because he doesn't actually believe in dead townies' reads (he doesn't need to when he knows who's town), he just slipped for a moment and forgot he had been using them as a convenience to opportunistically to push me.
So this definitely seems like you are trying to revive a dying TrPrado wagon

You make some good points though I just dont buy it coming from you
