Most company whistleblower plans don't work that well. Even anonymous, the perpetrator gets enough information to retaliate or the company doesn't do anything.

Just look at how many years and complaints it took for the Nassar case.

I usually don't reveal my actual place of employment just because A) I become a pseuto-representative for the company (which I dont want) and B) People can find me at work if they are crazy.

High stress jobs are not worth staying. You should start shopping around for a new gig and jump when you get the opportunity.
