I'd just like to point out that since there's 2 open slots, and Connor's 2nd on the sublist, whether or not peterlund wants to play doesn't affect Connor - because no matter what peterlund does he'll be guaranteed a spot in the game as a sub.

Unless of course the 2 players won't be replaced... But I feel it would be easier to re-balance with 1 less player (assuming peterlund doesn't want to play) than 2 fewer players.

Can you clarify this? Even skipping the pedantry about PST versus EDT, did you meant 12:00 PM PT/3:00 PM ET, which would be 8:00 PM UK? Or is it 2:00 PM PT/5:00 PM ET/10:00 PM UK?

At one point, worcej had declared phases would shift at 12:00 PM PT/3:00 PM ET/8:00 PM UK. (Which would be super awesome for me, since 5:00 PM ET is going to be hard for me to be at consistently, but mostly I just want clarity here...)

Those were the times that Worcej previously declared. 2pm Pacific Time is definitely 10pm UK time. However according to Google, that's 17:00 Eastern Time, not 15:00... Hmm.... I will have to ask Worcej to clarify this for you as ultimately it's his call. I'll help adjudicate the phases whenever they occur.
