Are you trying to solve the game, or keep towncred?

I believe I have already solved the game a while ago, so what I'm trying to do is making sure you are lynched tomorrow and Flavius the following day.

Unfortunately after Durga's lynch it won't be a perfect town game as I had hoped, but that's how it goes.

Does this prove I'm town? Of course not. Is it possible I bussed damo like I have never done before? Of course it's possible. Is it likely? Not remotely.

So: are we going to admit meta to our little discussion? If so, you've got to deal with the difference between these statements:

I play pretty lurky when I'm scum.

I'm rather disappointed in this game, that durga, ND, Moscow, and Xorxes have failed to mention this.

So the plan was to make your behavior this time diametrically opposite?

So that's the case? Teacon is scum and he's playing against his meta, but xorx can't be scum because this is against his meta? That's ridiculous.

As far as admitting meta to the discussion or not, I'm happy either way. Meta is important D1 when there's little else to guide us, but after that it's not a major factor.

I'm happy to admit that my lynching of damo could be a bus, a bus is always a possibility. I think it's highly unlikely given the circumstances, with or without meta considerations, but everyone can judge by themselves since I'm obviously biased.

As for you being chatty, yes, all other things being equal it gives you townie points. Even without your meta, chatty is more likely town than scum. But given the other evidence I have against you, I don't think you being chatty saves you from being scum.

what? I thought vapor was the cop. I didn't push him because I thought that. I was wrong. Now, I kinda scumread vapor for blabbing about cop stuff so openly. It's possible vapor's talking about it made rdriv open up about cop theory, so that's how the scumteam found the cop.

Is this what you mean? I don't see any mention of crumbs.

Time to follow up on this:

@all - give reads at ends of phases. Especially if you're town and we're ignorantly lynching you, but everyone should in case you get NK'd. It'll help us later in the game.

@all - could we be the first game ever to listen to a dead player's reads? I remain hopeful that someday this will happen.

If/when I die, someone please keep copy/pasting a list of dead town reads.

At this point I have a town core of: Bozo, Xorxes and ND.

I have a townread on Teacon and emc.

I think one of EP, Durga and Vashta must be scum but now more then one (hardly see all scum pile on ND).

And the other scum must be between Percy, Moscow and Vapor.

Did durga leave reads? I know she scumread me and vash by the end of D2. She probably read xorx as null

I'm not really sure how teacon is scum reading xorx. I'm gonna grab my laptop and start reading the thread while I recover from my hangover. Does scum teacon do something as blatantly ridiculous as take on xorx?

The only real list I could find in a quick search was this quote from D1:

Anyway, currently for town reads I'm thinking Vashta, EP, rdr are all pretty townie rn.

I *want* to town read teacon and Moscow just based on the amount of content they're providing, but I can't fathom why they read the game the way they read it. It's so different from how I'm seeing the game that I'm finding it hard to clear them in my mind. So probably null for now.

I just don't like xorxes right now. Is he still voting for emc? I don't really like Percy either, I remember Percy joking around more and saying somewhat intelligent things. This ain't it.

Lookit if you don't answer the question now, you'll be able to back off of flav later with relative ease.

I think you're avoiding the question now because committing to flav as scum is going to raise uncomfortable questions later.

If you're scum with flav, you want to be able to distance yourself from him by throwing shade. But not too much shade - you want to be able to back off later after I'm gone.

It concerns me that xorxes has said a couple of times that I am the logical NK, especially since has says he is sure teacon is scum, since I doubt teacon would want to get rid of me if tomorrow is going to be teacon vs. xorxes.

xorxes has also said it is impossible that both he and teacon are town, so I think one should be lynched tomorrow. In my opinion the other should be lynched the next day regardless of the first ones alignment, I like emc's theory that they could be bussing each other.

He picked a case on damo out of too thin of air, bussed the gf for towncred, and responded in evasive ways when I presented questions about it. The way he's arguing indicates scummy rhetoric, poised to attack rather than understand and clarify. my massive post to espresso on pg 71. If we live to see D3, we need to get our shit together and talk this through. There's an increasing chance we're T v T. I don't think he's going to give me a chance to figure it out, but nevertheless we ought to try.

I get the sense xorx is a bright guy with a very intuitive mind. That makes communication tougher, since if we all don't immediately see things the same way he does, he a) find it tough to explain, and b) finds it suspicious if we disagree. That's not fair to us, and must be frustrating to him. town!xorx if you're town: Let's do this better. scum!xorx: you've taught me things about this game, thank you.

The crowd was finally dispersing—visitors headed back to the Inn, either to settle into their rooms or to find new lodging, and Cabot Cove residents tried to get back on with their day.

Mrs. Landingham, a volunteer nurse, was already late to her rounds at Cabot Cove’s community hospital and was striding purposefully to try to make up lost time when she noticed something suspicious about someone walking on the other side of the street.

She kept watching, their paths headed in the same direction so far, but when her mark turned, Mrs. Landingham decided to follow. Too many strange things had been happening this morning, and this could be a important.

When she turned the corner onto the next street, though, there was no one there. The only place they could have gone was a narrow alley. She approached cautiously, suddenly aware that the street was empty.

She peered around the corner into the dark alley and saw...

...nothing.

Chiding herself for being silly, she turned around to head back toward the hospital.

And found herself face-to-face with a pistol.

The gunshot drew several townsfolk, including Mrs. Fletcher who ran up just as several others were also arriving and calling for help.

“Oh dear,” she said, shaking her head sadly.
