"maf team gets one action per night" ... this is confusing.
Does this mean they can either NK or assasinate? either lawyer or NK?

or

does this mean that only one maf member can "go out to do stuff at night," so you have to bundle the NK with whomever is doing the extra actions (lawyer OR janitor, etc)?

Each member of the mafia team can only do one thing per night, so lets say the Hooker and the Lawyer are the last members of the mafia - one of them has to NK so they cannot do their normal ability too.

Every member of the mafia team can do their actions, it’s just required that every night the Mafia team does a NK.

looks like you made some solid balance changes to the setup.

Personally id remove the limit on night actions from the scumteam though, and maybe consider giving the bailiff a 1day QT with his prisoner for some added shenanigans potential.

Both small changes that I think might make the game more fun (not implying it wont be fun otherwise, wish I could play since the setup looks great)

Jamie is very good with balance :)

Not sure on the Baliff QT - it would be fine, but also not something I am familiar with to manage well, especially because wouldn't people who were previously jailed be able to read future jails...

A more interesting idea is that they PM Jamie and me a message they would write on the wall and we add those messages to the jailing PM for night results :D
