Problem is, he is right to some extent that he is an easy lynch and nothing he has done is particularly scummy, he is just playing his role of useless ND, which he does as either alignment at least until there's something more concrete to analyze.

When trying to research this, I discovered two things. First, in the "Mafia Scoresheet", ND is incorrectly scored as scum in M40 and M41. Second, I found no instance of ND bussing D1.

I was going to give you townie points for doing this research, but then I remembered last game where you did some impressive research as scum as well

I have no idea if ND busses or not, but I will accept for now that he doesn't and thus that he is unlikely to be scum with emc.

I give Vashta a higher probability of deliberately avoiding the game start as scum than a new player like Espresso.
