Chaos Diplomacy Game

I'm looking to play a chaos diplomacy game, but none of the games fill up before they start so the game never begins.

Generally the solution is to promote the game in the forum.
I want to play a chaos with public chat only, but I haven't seen one of those games fill up yet. If you promote that game here, I'll join.
