I think it is a safe assumption that you are not the doctor, the real doctor would not make that obvious a doc reference, so the question is if it was meant to be a fake crumb, and if so, why? It is not uncommon for scum to leave fake crumbs to point to if they are forced to claim a PR to avoid a lynch.

A doc reference like this is the kind of fake crumb I have seen scum use to set up a doc claim if it becomes necessary, but something the real doc would not do.

I don't see we have anything to gain from speculating who might or might not be the real doc.

This is a town tell, as it implies he has read the VT role PM but not read the full setup. However, this is the the kind of town tell that some like to fake as scum.

Agree. It seems too elaborate to be faked. The mafia PMs also mention the private time but it's less likely he would want to bring it up in that case.

It was an attempt to move us out of joke phaze... And a wondering if it was more serious than it looked. I was not seeing good things from the vape at the time and was seeing if others thought the same way. As the day has developed I am not wanting to Lynch vape today.
