In the pure abstract it's not. However, it's also not townie to vote an alien as scum need to lynch the Alien. Furthermore, scum don't have other targets to be considering, so when someone claims a NK IMMUNE third party scum are more inclined to vote for them, whereas town are more likely to consider other options. Town are also more likely to consider the possibility of a fakeclaim moreso than scum.

didn't get involved, looked to try and get ezio lynched but wasn't being active either way. I think scum would try to get you lynched but also not be a huge proponent of it for the reasons you're stating, they're aware it might make them look bad. Also was extremely eager to jump ship once you started calling them out, and they've felt off all of last game

Ike read his pm so went back to null (only lasting until he does something haha), and Damo was doing the same thing he did last game as scum, when he came back (grammar nitpicks, general 5-word comments...not even actual sentences :p), and someone brought up (Jamie, was it?) how he seemed to be sheeping pretty hard.

If he continued with how he was before leaving it would've reflected better on him lol

but then, I don't know him past day 3 XD

So just to conclude some really important take home messages from the last 3 pages:

1. If Ezio is Mafia, so is Bo_Sox.

2. If Ezio is Town, Bo_Sox is probably the Alien.

3. If Ezio is the Alien, he made a serious error of judgement.

I was going to say that Ezio definitely isn't mafia because what mafia in the universe would come out on D1 and claim third party and draw the attention to themselves, but it would be such a hilariously bad strategy that Ezio, the guy who basically never survives D1, would probably try it.

Ezio has been known to counterclaim a teammate as scum, and that worked very well for us that time, so I don't put any kind of shennanigans like that past him. I'm still trying to figure out this one though. I haven't reached his retraction yet.

When you do, let me know. A bunch of people just let him off scot free when he retracted and I'd love to hear whether you're leaning a bunch of idiot townies or scum. I'm leaning the former, personally, but I haven't read it over as closely as I'd like to.

Still not liking Neph. I have never seen him play this way, and it looks to me like he is trying to just fly under the radar.

Yep, he has always played actively as either alignment.

After playing scum with him last game, he seemed frustrated for getting caught, because he cut corners on his reads due to a lack of time which got him caught by Ezio.
I'm thinking if he rolled scum this game, he is more likely to just drop his effort level so that he doesn't get caught the same way. As town, I can't think of a reason for Neph to change in this way other than real life time constraints, which he hasn't mentioned.

to Ezio, honestly yeah--there's also the fact that his gun claim is one that's still maintained. if he's somehow actual alien he'll be outed and dead anyways, and if scum I trust in the people who scumread him to push hard enough for it lol
