Let's see. Alien wins when the majority of people are infected.

19 players are alive now.

Assuming a lynch and NK happen each day/night:

At the start of D2 there will be 17 players left and 1 infected, assuming the Alien themself counts towards the "infected" total then the Alien is at 2 and needs 9 for a majority.

At the start of D3 there will be 15 players left and 2 infected, assming the Alien themself counts towards the "infected" total then the Alien is now at 3 and needs 8 for a majority.

At the start of D4 there will be 13 players left and 3 infected, assuming the Alien themself counts towards the "infected" total then the Alien is now at 4 and needs 7 for a majority.

At the start of D5 there will be 11 players left and 4 infected, assuming the Alien themself counts towards the "infected" total then the Alien is now at 5 and needs 6 for a majority.

At the start of D6 there will be 9 players left and 5 infected, assuming the Alien themself counts towards the "infected" total then the Alien is now at 6 and needs 5 for a majority, so they win at that point.

So the answer is Day 6 by default. However, killing actions such as the Assassin and the Ray Gun can actually help the Alien win quicker by reducing the number needed for a "majority".
