because neph's claim seems plausible since it came a solid 30 minutes before EoD (scum would likely claim much later on to cause more chaos) and therefore we will have no party cop to test attorney. attorney should be the lynch.

neph also claimed something pretty non-standard, and percy should be able to clear neph if that is the case (unless they're scum together which wow)
