MAFIA 43 - GAME THREAD

The tone of this game is completely different from the last one, so my comparisons and point-of-reference may be off due to that, but:

Both Vapor and xorxes are rather different so far; Vapor has been actually trying, vs last time with the "innocent-passive lurkiness" haha

[ I'm tempted to like it, but it's possible he's experienced enough to do this as a tactic/to throw off building meta assumptions. ]

Xorxes actually posted stuff that wasn't one sentence--and a lot of it :D

still rather mechanics based, which I don't really know how to distinguish between good and bad plans lol--but he has succeeded in convincing (I'll assume what will become everyone) in the con-noncon claiming.

Percy feels a bit ehh...giving me the same feeling as Vapor from last game: @Percy, what experience do you have with mafia in general? Just reading games (like me!) or have you played IRL or elsewhere?

Brain, like other people have noted, has been quiet: this coupled with the thing he had about signing up makes it not too unexpected; but again, same as the above []'d sentence.

really, the majority of discussion so far seems to be math xD

I don't wanna math (do enough of it outside of this hah), and it seems very...easy to do regardless of alignment, compared to other types of reasoning (such as personality-logic flows).

it's not so much as trust that other people get, but how easily I can follow their logic + their record and actions in the current game so far

and there hasn't been enough of that :D

(especially as the claim-math has been prevalent; not enough brainpower left heh)

I actually thought town cheated in the game recently ended. Sorry, but it was too perfect

Tom correctly guessing 2 scums, cop keeping it quiet, desperado killing 3 scums in a row

Nah, it seemed UNREAL. Like, I'm all for accepting a town victory even if I'm the opposite alignment, but what happened last game was supernatural

Sorry for having this thought, it's not to shade anyone, if it was no cheating, they were the most skilled players I've witnessed since I started playing mafia
