He is not immune from NK.
Tom can wait to reveal the second read until after the Desp kills Jamie. Then immediately the Desp can kill the second read.
Then we can have a voting normal day today...
Since doc can't save the cop again, the doc can save the desp...
And while we certainly could go ahead and lynch both reads over two days, that gives the scum a chance to randomly NK the desp.

I also do not understand why Tom is not revealing his second scum.
It makes me a little suspicious.
But I am not smart enough to figure out what he might be up to. But I do NOT expect him to blurt out his super clever secret reason that wins the game, just to satisfy me.
If the desp shoots jamie, Tom is confirmed.
(Unless this is all a plan by super smart scum Tom, to sacrifice scum Jamie... all to get the Desp.) (Which is doubtful.)

If not, we lynch Jamie and I reveal second scum before EON. I’m doing it this way to see who may be scared that they got scanned. And see how people propose we handle this (either lynch or desperado). It’s useful information I think
