Just a really quick note, I skimmed this over 10 minute in my break.

Brain posted last time (In god-thread) that he wanted to post less and do better as he could see how people could take things the wrong way and find him annoying/confusing.

He stated explicitly that this would hurt his scum game but massively improve his town game.

I hadn't read yet - but I am caught up now. I have little to no thoughts on the game thus far. emc seems very unhesitant as a first time player.

rd- yep best way to feel Jamie out early game is to trigger him. I Tried he has been flaccid so far so real no anger. Instead of Angry Big Red Jamie we get Angry little tiny flaccid Jamie. That may mean something so note it like a post it.

Lets not make brain a D1 wagon like we do every single game he plays. I get it, he talks alot - so what.

He can do some useful things, but often he has to play his hand too early. Town falls into the trap of voting vocal players D1 all the time (brain, Jamiet etc.). Lets not do that.

Also, if he is alive we get more musically cultured by his angelic voice.

Well, forget the game started today. I am at the beach until Thursday so don't expect much from me the first day.
I liked Xorxes posts and Brain is acting weird, but he always act weird. I don't like CFox style but not sure it's scummy or just a different meta on playing. Yet. I also didn't like ND, feels like trying to trigger Jamiet somehow.

Ought I attempt to respond like-so to it, I wonder...

With further thought, why not:
(Do keep in mind everything I say is likely unreliable due to lack of experience, but it ain't gonna stop me from trying to write a response-styled post, lol)

No comment on xorxes, don't really see why you like his posts as they seem to be partially banter, partially answering questions, his sarcasm is amusing though.

Brain seems to be stream-of-consciousness shitposting with occasional advice, but that may be just hallucinating on my part.

Cfox is from a different part of the internet (or at least, his syntax and behavior is), he seems like that one asshole friend on twitch (that's a compliment, not trying for offense xd), so I would lean towards different meta.

ND seems to be trying to troll for a response, which is failing XD

no because I tried to play that way on mu and realized I low key hated myself and my play was actually worse because it had no joy.

Well, not that I don't have anything to say, it's only I have nothing to say that would be useful much--I don't wish to mimic brain's style as I can't actually make reads, so it'd simply end up as failure on my part, hehe :D

(and I have tried to make predictions from reading previous games, they've all been rather spectacularly wrong)

In theory this is probably for a GM call, but I'm sure one of you guys will answer it:

Do votes like these actually count as votes? Or do they just get ignored as they're just jokes (similar to the ones earlier with just one #)

as long as GM can understand what you mean it counts. I doubt the bot would count that though.

the rule of thumb with rivera scum and town meta is complicated so let me see if I can break this down by point.

-rdrivera usually goes late game as scum and lays low, finds some cover and is very low volume, rides out consensus scumreads
- finds people who are objectively scumread by others who he can ride or die with, and then later watch town turn on each other and he can just take a side

this usually backfires on rivera, and he has actually lost late game a number of times as scum playing like this.

His towngame is more up front, less lurky unless hes a PR. he makes pretty profound statments. In late game he tends to not change his mind much although in the recent mini game I lost the game for us lynching him when xorxes was scum.

It is interesting rdrivera has chosen to give reads on me and xorxes so early. I feel like this is a sign he is concerned about me and xorxes because me and xorxes are both town (yes artistic liberty here).
