All our missing players have been contacted about joining their games.
A few players have opted to drop out of round 2 and I've found substitutes for them. Hopefully your second round games should start soon.

I've added the scores for the T3G4 game to the tournament site.

I've got one game left in round two (its tier 3) that hasn't started. The player in question has had to withdraw from the tournament sadly.

Unfortunately I'm about 20 substitutions deep at this point. Anyone interested in volunteering? Let me know, otherwise I'll just have to start cold calling people.

Its almost as if small countries face no penalty for throwing the game, because they get no points in a draw anyways.

Seems Italy (phantomsaber) has resigned from his other games - bit not this one (perhaps he cannot). 

We are stuck. Can you do anything?

This is a fucking enormous problem with this scoring system.

DSS is awesome. Maneuvering your way into a 1-center draw is difficult and deserves a reward.
