This will never be legitimate without VillageIdiot or any of the other top players for a tournament calling itself the "Online Diplomacy Championship" (though, ranking the games won't help with that). Let alone the 2 game rounds (should be more), which are really a bunch of BS, based on how many people are signing up now two games is NOT NEARLY enough and there will be a ton of people who get screwed over on the tiebreakers and be several people who get decided on a coin flip.

I will, however, join. My case about my RR will be sent privately.

Sidenote: If the games are wait-for-order how can one NMR as stated in the rules? They would by rule, be saved from a NMR because of the game's format, and therefore have to NMR twice in order to get kicked. So, please clarify that rule.

It is still technically a no moves received if you do not enter in moves by the deadline. That will count as an NMR

Please clarify whether you're booted for not submitting orders (and thus not allowing the phase to process) once or twice. Your rules indicate both.

I think you have to imagine brackets here:

"Any player who (NMRs or is saved from NMRing) twice will be replaced."

So that would be twice, not once.

An NMR (no moves received by the phase deadline) is what triggers WFO.

It’s twice, could have been written:
