Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
I've been thinking about it a lot, and here is my prediction for this round:
The Gamblers will actually be able to coordinate. Also, two couples find each other and decide it's not worth the stab.
Gamblers at 12 points
Friends at 8 points
Mobbers gain 8 points
However, in terms of Risk/Reward the ranking is different:
1) Friends (best chance of a certain 8 points)
2) Mob (likely to score 6ish points, but you won't know as all deals will be secret this round)
3) Gamblers (very risky with an EV of 3, unless you can make it work)
I've decided that I will not be friending anyone this round. The risk is too high as point leader. I'll either go for the Mob or the Gamblers, but I haven't made up my mind yet.

Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
I'm not with gamblers. It's easy to sabotage this coalition. Also if you give me 4 points, I can sabotage this coalition for you.

Have Damo and Worcej actually posted yet?
Is he right? Didn't I join Doshy's coalition after I joined last phase's gamble coalition?
Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
He's right, though public joins are not allowed. Only messages to Squigs count. So ifyou PM'd him twice, you've cheated and he didn't notice.##CALL GMYou are not allowed to leave a coalition once you have joined it.

Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
Just confirming it's the player with the least points who wins right?
Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
Yes, and I'm at -16 while you remain at 0. My trick: I publically announce what I'll do and advise everyone to do the same so no one will because they're stubborn and illiterate..
Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
Yeah I think the key thing I misread would be "every player" in popco derp. That's so much simpler than what I was thinking it was.
Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
Yavuzovic never joined the gamblers coalition, his public post was void.yavuzovic wrote: ↑Mon Dec 17, 2018 3:44 pm##CALL GMJamiet99uk wrote: ↑Sun Dec 16, 2018 10:58 amYou are not allowed to leave a coalition once you have joined it.

Re: Coalition I : The Playtest
Going to join the mob with the logic that since I have joined the mob anyone else will be less likely to join because I have joined

You lied last round, so I don't believe you're in the Mob.thisisntme wrote: ↑Mon Dec 17, 2018 6:34 pmGoing to join the mob with the logic that since I have joined the mob anyone else will be less likely to join because I have joined

##GM Note: Friending is a coalition. You cannot friend someone and then join a mob or gambler coalition.
