That was the idea haha, it just potentially makes things more interesting and more possible reads especially as if you don't know when its gonna come out then scum will have to be a lot more careful about bussing etc and could lead to some conundrums all round

calendar will make voting in the final hour totally irrelevant. so if the calendar chooses to use power the phase vote tally 1 hour out is the actual vote tally.

gm will not anmounce if the power was used.
