Also, with it 5-1, a mislynch and a NK would put us at 3-1 (LYLO) such that a no lynch would make it 2-1 (MYLO)... given we have a townclear, I don't think no-lynching gets us much... but I am not sure how it hurts us... thoughts?

I think you have your mylo and lylo backwards. I believe 2-1 D5 is better than 3-1 D4, since the scum pool will be reduced by 1.

Indeed I do have them backwards. And I see that we crossposted... I agree we should nolynch D4 if its "mylo" ... my intended question was is there any reason to nolynch today rather than D4.

I agree with what I think you were saying, that there is no reason since worcej would be the NK, and I think it would hurt us somewhat since we are better off lynching with worcej's input.

That was my first thought... but then I wasn't sure if it would be better to force the scum to make the first NK with less knowledge about who we plan to lynch... but perhaps I am creating more WIFOM for myself.

All I can tell you is Brain slept all night long apparently... I tracked him personally because I thought the Jaime/Him reaction was scripted. Something felt off. Technically he isn't in the clear though, because Neph may have been the one who carried the kill out and not him.

Sidenote: I did think Neph was the other scum with possibly BB, so I am glad to see I was somewhat right.

While I am currently willing to vote for any of Neph, thd, Worcej, and Xorxes, I was already getting scum vibes from you. You're posts have rarely seemed directed towards stirring the pot or forcing positions that can be helpful for solving the game, yet I think you are reading closely (then again maybe your reading comprehension is just higher than Jamie and Brain) and of the few questions you have asked there has been very little or no follow up.
