I think ThdFrance and Bozo are likely town.

ThdFrance seemed to genuinely not know "terrorist" was the town flavour, and he remained calm when pressed on it by me.

I don't think scum Bozo would be daft enough to propose a No Lynch.

Xorxes was trying to test my reaction, but I'm not sure what that suggests about his alignment. Townlean?

First of all my re-read of Ike was very short because he made only one post and it had no substance.

Second Brainbomb I am leaning town on you. You are not being loud or distracting. However when you are very reserved and calm, it does make me wonder... Townlean for now.

You say that a hypo claim is good here, what are your thoughts on the trade off it would require for everyone to come up with their own claim eating into the time people have for scum-hunting. I can see this becoming an issue for people with limited time or variable schedules.

I am thinking something similar in regards to encouraging people to post reads. My biggest fear is that only some will take the hypoclaim posts seriously and from that it will be easy to discern who is the actual PR and who is not.

@bozo - My votes are also:

1. No - mostly because it requires everyone to be into the idea and since we are already not unanimous, it wouldn't work.
2. No - primarily that even a mislynch does provide info to effect N1 actions. Is it risky because we could hit a PR? Yes it is, but the odds of that are the same as hitting a scum too in this setup.

As for bozo's questions, I'm not convinced on the no-lynch. It seems like an easy way for Mafia not to commit to a vote.

The hypo thing would only work if we could trust everyone to follow through, and I don't think we're capable of that level of organization here. I'm willing to try it if you can get the consensus though.

What's with all this not trusting everyone to follow through... I find this argument scummy as a way to hedge your bet (not that people like Damo should get off for saying they want more info before deciding)

I'd like to hear more pros and cons before voting but my current thinking is:

NO LYNCH - ambivalent, expected town% EON1 70% either way 7:3 v 6.273:2.727

HYPOCLAIMING - slightly in favour but could easily be swayed the other way by decent argument. Potential future value v obfuscation and confusion

...if we agreed to do something like hypoclaiming then of course we would all be on board... please provide a better reason for why you think it would be positive or negative for town.

@foodcoats: Although I am not opposed to shooting xorxes, I think you have some good points in your case on him.

Can you summarize the good points? Otherwise it looks like you're just encouraging him by stroking his ego.

I think he could be right about your case on DrCJG, your response to him after he voted for you, and your quick end vote on Jamie after worcej's tracker report.

I also do not like how you came out of D1 town reading Jamie. Can you explain why you did not find anything suspicious about him D1?

4-2 mylo. Not lynching would be pointless because the NK would then be foodcoats, so not very helpful.

I still don't have a clue who the scum are, but it's unlikely to be brainbomb, probably not bozo though I'm less sure, and of the last three if I had to guess right now I'd say Nephthys and rdrivera, but it could just as well be DrCJG.

Did you change your opinion on the probability of three scum on damo?

One thought I had was that Jamie wanted to get off damo because all three scum were on damo. This would make Nephthys and thdfrance the other scum. Both of their reasons for voting for damo were weak, and the thdfrance vote was after Jamie, and Jamie would not have expected him to vote with the other 2 scum.

Makes sense, but it could also be you or DrCJG that were voting for worcej, and Jamie jumped to me so as not to vote with whichever one of you was his partner.

If DrCJG or I were scum, there would not have been 3 scum on damo.

Considering Jamie said he preferred to lynch you over damo, he did a lot to make sure damo got lynched instead of you before moving his vote back to you at EOD.
