“Don't trust all the members. Intelligence agency infiltrated you! There are three agents among you. They're assigned to sabotage your actions. You can't perform anything with them. You have to find them.”

Jamie you will note that the intelligence agency (scum) refer to the group (town) as 'terrorist.' Us townsfolk would however not consider ourselves terrorist. The question you should be asking is 'are you a member of the special forces' (though you wouldn't get a straight answer so pointless).
