Very curious to see who this will be. I was thinking it would be the serial killer who inspired the 2003 movie Memories of Murder, but the post 1980 birthdate rules him out.

When I saw Damo's question, I thought "What about that Go player I was considering?" I ctrl-Fed "go player", saw that the person was born too early, but then saw that it was "1 of 2", and then looked at the other Go player and he fit perfectly.
